How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart in cm and inches. We recommend comparing measurements with a similar garment you own.

How do I personalize my jewelry order?

We want to make sure your order is perfect. For custom jewelry we ask you type your chosen name/text into the field in the language you chose.

You can use Google Translate to help you confirm the spelling.

Are your jewellery pieces custom made?

Many of our jewellery pieces are made to order to ensure detail and quality.

How long does it take to make custom items?

We aim to ship your item as soon as possible. Custom jewelry typically requires 3–5 business days to craft before shipment.

Do the artwork come with a frame?

All prints are shipped rolled and unframed so you can select the frame style and finish that best complements your décor.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We want you to be happy with your item. If production on your order has not yet started, we may be able to assist. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Will I be updated when my order is shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Returns and Exchanges

What if there is an issue with my order?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Custom and personalized items are final sale. Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Feel free to reach out to us here or check out our full policy here

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if transit causes any damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll work tol resolve the issue as quick as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What material is used in your jewelry?

Most pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel or premium plated metals for durability and everyday wear. This way you'll never have to worry about rust.

Will the finish fade?

Our pieces are designed to be waterproof, long-lasting and handle every day wear. However to best preserve the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals.

Do you offer a warranty on jewellery?

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. If your piece becomes damaged, we will replace it once and ship the replacement to you free of charge. Any additional replacements will also be covered, just cover shipping costs.
